Key Responsibilities:
The concept design and internal layouts
The selection of all suitable finishes, fixtures, and fittings
Technical drawings for the lighting, small power and RCP designs
Floor and wall finishes plans for the main house, and the external pool house
Creating sanitary ware, ironmongery, and door schedules
The bathroom and wall panelling elevations
The full joinery package from concept to completion, including sketch designs, the sampling process and reviewing the manufacturing drawings
A substantial FF&E package
Concept
It all begins with a concept. A selection of imagery was presented on a room by room basis to develop a concept based around the clients love for music, wine, and art.
Bathroom Elevations
A combination of physical samples, 3D models, and technical 2D drawings are used to represent the bathroom design to the client. These bathroom elevations were produced for the site, alongside detailed schedules for the finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
Kitchen Design
A combination of concept images, 2D drawings, and 3D models are used to develop the kitchen design. The kitchen was 3D modelled, and then these detailed design drawings were produced in Sketch Up Layout, to be tendered to a wide range of joiners.
Joinery Design
A combination of concept images, 2D drawings, and 3D models are used to develop the joinery design. The joinery was 3D modelled, and then these detailed design drawings were produced in Sketch Up Layout, to be tendered to a wide range of joiners. Physical samples and manufacturing drawings, are then used to realise the designs.

Concept Design
A selection of imagery was presented on a room by room basis to develop a family orientated design, including a wrap around swimming pool, a large open plan kitchen and a basement playroom.
Internal Layouts
Developing the overall internal layout is one of the most important stages of the process, and is presented alongside the concept presentation. The natural flow of movement, how the spaces will be used, and the furniture placement are all considered. The brief for this project was to create a sophisticated family home using a restrained palette of materials including marble, wood and bronze. This detailed internal layout was created early on to help the client understand how the proposed ideas would come together on a project wide scale.
Kitchen Design
Designed in collaboration with Lanserring, the family kitchen at the back of the house featured a mix of opulent materials including Calacatta Oro, and brushed brass, with pendants by Apparatus.
Joinery Design
This render produced by the architects, shows the joinery design for the study which included bespoke timber panelling that fully wraps the walls.
FF&E Design
This render produced by the architects shows one iteration of the FF&E scheme for the formal dining room as well as the architectural details including ceiling coffers. The bespoke bar cabinet was one of the bespoke furniture pieces and combines many of the key materials that are used throughout the house.
