Having worked in some of London’s top interior design studios, Holly is highly proficient in the realisation of full interior architecture packages from concept to completion.

Concept

It all begins with a concept. A selection of imagery is presented on a room by room basis to help define the brief. This concept was used as a starting point for the calm and contemporary Chelsea Townhouse project.

Internal Layouts

Developing the overall internal layout is one of the most important stages of the process, and is presented alongside the concept presentation. The natural flow of movement, how the spaces will be used, and the furniture placement are all considered. This detailed plan was created to help the Dubai Villa client understand how the proposed concept ideas would come together on a project wide scale.

Detailed Design

During the detailed design phase, options are presented for all of the finishes, fixtures, and fittings. A combination of images, 2D drawings, and 3D models, are used to present ideas to the client. These images were the inspiration behind the feature staircase, and the internal doors, in the Chelsea Townhouse project.

2D Drawings

Once the detailed design phase is complete, a full set of 2D drawings are produced for tender and construction. These consist of a wall/ floor finishes plan, lighting layouts, small power/ AV coordination, and reflected ceiling plans. This technical drawing was produced during the tender stage of the Kingston New Build project.

Bathroom Elevations

A combination of physical samples, 3D models, and technical 2D drawings are used to represent the bathroom design to the client. These bathroom elevations were produced for the Kingston New Build project, alongside detailed schedules for the finishes, fixtures, and fittings.

Kitchen Design

A combination of concept images, 2D drawings, and 3D models are used to develop the kitchen design. These renders were presented to the Chelsea Townhouse client, to show the overall layout, the proposed materials, and the design details.

Joinery Design

A combination of concept images, 2D drawings, and 3D models are used to develop the joinery design. These detailed drawings were produced for the Kingston New Build project, and were tendered to a wide range of bespoke joiners. Physical samples and manufacturing drawings, are then used to realise the designs.

FF&E Design

The final phase is the FF&E design and procurement. This bespoke bar cabinet was designed for the formal reception area in the Dubai Villa project, and combines many of the key materials that are used throughout the house.
